Dillon Manufacturing, Inc. – Return Policy
(RETURNED GOODS POLICY – JULY 2007)
Dillon Manufacturing, Inc. will only accept, for return and credit, current standard catalog items which were purchased within a 60 day period and are in resalable condition.
Restocking Charge. The standard restocking charge is 15%.
Other Charges. Goods returned must be new, unused, in their original containers and current as shown in the latest Dillon Manufacturing, Inc. catalog. Charges for updating and/or reconditioning will be deducted from the credit memo issue.
Procedure

- To return goods, you must contact a Customer Service Representative by telephone at 1-800-428-1133 for a (RMA) Returned Material Authorization form. Items may not be accepted without a RMA number.
- Please have the following information:
A. Reason you wish to return the goods;
B Quantity and description of the goods;
C. Dillon Manufacturing, Inc.’s invoice number for the good being returned.
- The RMA Form can be mailed or faxed, or an RMA number can be given over the phone. The designated copy or number must accompany the items returned.
After inspection of the items returned, a credit memo will be issued.
All items returned for credit must be shipped prepaid.
