Return Policy

Returned Goods Policy - July 2024

Dillon Manufacturing, Inc will only accept, for return and credit, current standard catalog items which were purchased within a 60 day period and are in resalable condition.

Restocking Charge: The standard restocking charge is 15%

Other Charges: Goods returned must be new, unused, in their original containers and current as shown in the latest Dillon Manufacturing, Inc. catalog. Charges for updating and/or reconditioning will be deducted from the credit memo issue

Procedure

Step 1

To return goods, you must contact a Customer Service Representative, 800-428-1133, for a (RMA) Returned Material Authorization form. Items may not be accepted without an RMA number.

Step 2

Please have the following information:

    • Reason you wish to return the goods.
    • Quantity and description of the goods.
    • Dillon Manufacturing, lnc.'s invoice number for the good being returned.

Step 3

The RMA Form can be mailed or faxed, or an RMA number can be given over the phone. A copy of the RMA or RMA number must accompany the items returned.

Step 4

After Inspection of the items returned, a credit memo will be issued.

Step 5

All items returned for credit must be shipped prepaid.
